Energy Security for the Future – International Forum, Monaco, June 2, 2016

The First international Forum on Energy Security for the Future will take place June 2, 2016 at the Yacht Club of Monaco, featuring a high profile of international thought leaders.

In a first international initiative in the field of power safety in Europe based on alternative energy sources will be held in Monaco, June 2, 2016.

This first forum promises to be come one of the largest institutions of green diplomacy in continental Europe, which supports clear and equal rights in the dialogue between states, governments, businesses and the civil society about the necessity of transitioning towards renewable energy sources.

The “Energy Security for the Future” forum main purpose is to support development of non-polluting and renewable energy. The organization aspires to promote effective technologies and ideas for their introduction into everyday life, operating at level of public dialogue and personal contacts between the people, making decisions, leading experts, businessmen and journalists.

The forum in Monaco is an open area for discussion of new ideas and views about ensuring energy security in Europe. Already today, participation has been confirmed by politicians, diplomats, statesmen, journalists, analysts and businessmen from more than 10 countries of Europe. This forum is the stimulus for search of points of contact in cooperation between the countries, the general interests and values.

The location for the event was not chosen by accident. The Prince of Monaco, Albert II is the adherent of pure power and supports the newest ecological initiatives. Important opinion leaders will be speaking in Monte Carlo about the vision of power safety and the future processes in development of renewable energy in Europe.

Among the speakers are: Alexander Kwasniewski, former President of Poland, Joschka Fischer, former vice Chancellor of Germany, Ilka Kanerva, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of OSCE, Andris Piebalgs, European Commissioner for Energy 2004 – 2009, Hunter Biden, Director at Burisma Holdings and Burisma Geothermal, and TJ Glauthier, former U.S. Deputy Secretary of Energy.

Key topics of the forum will be: Alter-Eco – the new energy of the new Europe, Diversification of energy sources and a new level of geopolitics, environmental security and responsibility of companies, and public-private partnerships on mapping of alternative energy sources.

The Forum will also coincide with the Electric Marathon a unique competition of electric vehicles, starting May 22 in Lviv/ Ukraine and ending in Monte Carlo on June 3, 2016.
